When hiring any of our packages in full or in 3 or 6 months, you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Method:
We accept payments through PayPal.

2. Monthly Subscription:

2.1. Payment Terms:
Clients must pay the monthly subscription fee in advance, on or before the designated due date of each billing cycle. Delayed payments could lead to the potential suspension or deactivation of services at the Provider’s discretion.

2.2. Access to Services:
Upon successfully paying the monthly subscription fee, Clients will gain access to their website’s backend. If a payment is not received, access to these services may be temporarily suspended or deactivated until the outstanding payment is resolved.

Upon successfully completing website development and finalizing all aspects, the Client will receive full access to their website. This facilitates a seamless transition to the finalized online platform.

2.3. Termination:
In the event of early termination by the Client, a refund for unused portions of the subscription fee will not be provided.

3. Renewal:
An annual renewal is required to maintain an active website. One month before the subscription’s expiration, we will send you an email reminder to proceed with the payment for the upcoming year. Failure to renew within this timeframe will result in the deactivation of the website 24 working hours after the end of the subscription year.

4. Data Retention and Deletion Policy:

4.1. Content Deletion:
If the annual renewal payment is not received, all website content, files, databases, and associated data will be permanently deleted by the hosting provider 30 days after the subscription expiration date. This deletion is irreversible and no data recovery will be possible.

4.2. Service Cancellation:
If no response is received regarding renewal notifications, the website service will be marked as canceled. To resume services after cancellation, clients must rehire our services under a new service agreement, which will be treated as a completely new project requiring full payment setup and applicable fees for the new service package.

5. Payment Terms:
Clients are expected to make advance payments before the service begins. The payment should be completed on or before the due date specified by the Provider.

6. Video Testimonial Cashback Program:

6.1. Participation:
The 30% cashback program through video testimonials is optional and available for all packages.

6.2. Process:
Upon website completion, clients can submit a 1-2 minute video testimonial sharing their experience.

6.3. Payment Return:
After video approval, the 30% deposit will be refunded via PayPal or Stripe within 3 business days.

6.4. Payment Plans:
For clients on 3 or 6-month payment plans, the 30% reduction will be applied to the remaining monthly payments after video approval.

6.5. Usage Rights:
Submitted video testimonials may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
